Safety and wellbeing


Your safety and well being is paramount and we want all the tenants in the properties we own or manage to be happy and safe in their home.

You should call us straight away on our client and customer care line, 0800 800 910 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you observe or experience:

  • A gas leak, electrical fault or fire
  • Storm damage or flooding
  • Failure of the gas, electricity or hot and cold water
  • Burst pipe or leaking roof
  • Anything that causes your property to be unsafe or not secure

Do not attempt to fix the issue yourself, leave that to us.

Smoke alarms

Working smoke alarms are an essential element in protecting you and your family.

We ensure all the properties that we own and manage are fitted with working smoke alarms. Your property manager will test the smoke alarm during each inspection and replace it or the batteries if needed. Or you can contact us at any time and we will send a replacement out to you.

Independent advice

If you want independent advice on your rights as a tenant, who can help you? Tenancy Services through the Department of Building and Housing offers unbiased advice to both tenants and landlords.
