Pet policies vary from property to property. Please inquire about specific pet allowances when viewing a property.
How do I apply for a rental property?
You can find the application form on our Property Pages or click here to apply now. Complete the form and submit it along with any required documentation.
You will also have to pay some initial costs when you sign the tenancy agreement please call us to discuss this. Your property manager will explain the costs to you in detail and allow you time to think it over.
What is included in the rent?
Rent typically covers the cost of the property itself. Tenants are usually responsible for utilities such as water, electricity, and internet.
How often are property inspections conducted?
We conduct routine property inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and to address any maintenance issues promptly. Our inspections consist of 4 types:
Ingoing - Before the tenants move their belongings into the home,
One Month - First periodic inspection is conducted one month after the tenant has moved into the home,
Three Month - we then conduct 3 Monthly periodic Inspections,
Outgoing - This is the final inspection of the property once the tenants have vacated.

What can I expect from my property manager?
Your property manager is your main point of contact for all aspects related to renting your property and is committed to making your home a comfortable and safe one. You will always receive a friendly proactive response from your property manager.
Your property manager is there to:
• Assist you in finding your next home, and explain the terms and conditions of your tenancy and all the costs you will have to pay
• Arrange repairs and maintenance, or if it is urgent you can call our 24 hour customer care line for immediate assistance
• Provide information related to your tenancy, such as a statement of account or a reference
