Dion A. Cusack

Dion purchased his first investment property in 2005. Following that purchase and the purchase of further real estate, Dion decided to found Cusack Partners to create a genuine, fresh alternative to the mainstream real estate and property management firms.

Having held accountability for financial and operational management and performance across a variety of organizations and industries, both domestically and internationally, Dion’s qualifications and experience, mean the firm and its clients are positioned to be directed by Dion given his pragmatic and critical thinking approach.

He enjoys meeting and speaking with our clients, wherever they may be around the world, and particularly sharing his and experiences and strategies and then seeing others succeed.

With a vibrant spirit and a knack for organization, Christina is the heartbeat of our office. Bringing a wealth of experience in office administration, she excels at managing schedules, handling correspondence, and orchestrating meetings that run like clockwork. Her detail-oriented approach ensures that no task is too small to be executed flawlessly.

Christina is not just proficient in a variety of programs and IT; she’s a tech-savvy wizard who thrives on optimizing office procedures. Her commitment to improving efficiency translates into enhanced client satisfaction, making every interaction a positive experience.

Toni is a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services. Toni takes great pride in her ability to transform spaces into pristine and inviting environments. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence leave every environment immaculate and refreshed.

With an impeccable 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, Toni has amassed extensive knowledge and expertise in tackling a wide range of cleaning challenges, from residential homes to commercial spaces, including cleaning some of the most prestigious establishments in New Zealand.

Toni also has a great eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, making her a fantastic property manager. Her ability to identify maintenance concerns, uphold high presentation standards, and ensure properties are exceptionally cared for makes her an invaluable asset to both property owners and tenants alike.

Adrian a self-driven individual, joined our team as a Maintenance Technician to apply his versatile skillset and extensive experience.

His work background involves years of maintenance and building Experience in New Zealand and equips him with a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to handle various maintenance responsibilities.

Adrian enjoys interacting with people and making new friends. Whilst still getting his work done in a timely and efficient manner.
